Who we are and what these terms govern

Pulity is run by Svmedia di Simone Viagi, Via 4 Novembre 2, 07100 Sassari (SS), Italia.

These terms govern the use of the site: the public pages, the account, the profile, the messages and Premium. By using the site you accept them; at sign-up you accept them expressly.

The service

Pulity lets who is looking for a cleaner and who cleans, people and companies, find and write to each other.

Pulity is not an employment agency, does not select or propose candidates, is not a party to the agreements between the users and is the employer of no one. It collects no pay and keeps no commission.

We do not verify the identity, documents, references, qualifications or records of the users, nor that profiles tell the truth. Who uses the site decides alone whom to agree with and judges their reliability.

Account and profile

Who is looking must be at least 18; who offers at least 16. A company is registered by who has the power to represent it. An account has one role only.

The data you give must be true and yours, photos included.

Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

You can delete the account at any time from the profile.

Profiles, messages and reviews

False, offensive, discriminatory, sexual or advertising content, and content that breaches the rights of others or the law, is forbidden. The site is used only to look for and offer cleaning.

Phone, email or address are not published in the profile.

A review tells a true experience with the person or company reviewed. Only who had a conversation with them on the site can write it.

You remain the owner of what you write. You grant us the right, non-exclusive and free, to keep it and show it on the site for as long as it stays published.

We may hide or remove, without notice, content that breaches these terms or the law, and suspend who publishes it.

We do not check the content of the users in advance and have no general duty of surveillance. We act when we receive a report.

Premium

The basic account is free. Premium is a paid subscription that lets you write first, send unlimited invites and show earlier in the results.

Durations and prices are those shown at the time of purchase, VAT included. You pay in advance by card on the pages of Stripe.

The subscription renews by itself at its end for the same period, at the price in force.

You can cancel at any time from the account settings: Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew.

If you are a consumer you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw. By asking to use Premium at once you accept that, in case of withdrawal, the amount is refunded net of the days already enjoyed.

Premium does not guarantee answers, meetings or agreements.

Agreements between the users

Tasks, hours, pay and payment are agreed directly between who is looking and who offers, outside the site.

Each one answers for the duties the law gives them: contract, contributions, insurance, taxes, safety at work.

Intellectual property

The site, the brand, the texts and the graphics belong to Svmedia di Simone Viagi or to who granted their use. Profiles may not be copied or collected automatically.

Liability

We do not answer for the behaviour of the users, the truth of the profiles, the quality of the work or the damage arising from the agreements between them.

We do what we can to keep the site working, but do not guarantee that it is free of interruptions or errors.

The rights the law gives to consumers and the cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence remain unaffected.

Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, or that puts other users at risk. If the breach is serious, the period of Premium already paid is not refunded.

Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. Important changes are told by email to the registered users at least 15 days before they come into force; who does not accept them can delete the account and cancel Premium by that date.

Applicable law and court

These terms are governed by Italian law.

For consumers the court of the place where they live has jurisdiction. In the other cases the court of Sassari has jurisdiction. The European Commission provides a platform to settle disputes online: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
