How to delete the account

Sign in, open the profile, choose Delete account and confirm with the password.

If you cannot sign in write to [email protected] from the email of the account.

What is deleted

The account with first name, surname, email, password and language, the sessions on every device, the profile with its photos, the favourites and the invites.

The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have Premium, cancel it first: deleting the account does not refund the period already paid.

What stays

The messages you wrote stay in the conversations of the other person, without your profile. The reviews you wrote stay, without your name.

Invoices and accounting documents stay for ten years, as the law requires.

Technical logs are deleted by themselves within twelve months.
