The site does not check the users

Pulity is not an employment agency: it does not verify the identity, documents, references or qualifications of who signs up. Profiles are written by who publishes them.

The choice is yours. Take the time to know the person before opening your home to them, or entering the home of others.

Before you meet

Read the profile and the reviews well, and ask questions in the messages.

A phone call or a video call helps to understand each other.

Do not give your address, documents or bank details until you have met. On the site address and email are never visible.

The first meeting

Meet in person before you agree, in a public place if needed.

Ask for references: the contact of someone the person already worked for, and call them.

Make tasks, hours, pay and who brings the products clear. A first trial helps both.

Working by the rules

Who has a person work regularly at home becomes a domestic employer in Italy: a contract, the notice to INPS and the payment of contributions are needed.

For occasional work there is the Libretto Famiglia of INPS.

Rules and minimum pay are in the national collective agreement for domestic work and on the INPS website. Pulity gives no advice and takes no part in your agreements.

Reporting

If you receive requests for money, for personal data or aggressive messages, do not answer and use Report on the profile or in the conversation.

Reports are private: only our staff reads them, and may hide a profile or close an account.
